Founded by Monica Layne—an early childhood educator with over 38 years of experience as a preschool teacher and childcare center owner—our mission is to bring heartfelt, wonder-filled stories to children and the grownups who love them. Monica has spent her life surrounded by little learners, observing the way they explore the world with open hearts and big imaginations.

What’s the Prettiest Thing in the World? is our very first title, born from a cherished childhood memory and a desire to celebrate the small moments that shape who we are. Through Monica’s storytelling and the beauty of illustration, we aim to help families slow down and savor the everyday magic of life.
